Rehvid Pluss OÜ online shop return policy for Customers

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from goods purchased from the online shop in 14 days without giving reasons.

The withdrawal period ends in 14 days from the day on which you or a third person named by you, who is not the carrier of goods, has acquired physical possession of the thing.

To use the right of withdrawal, please notify Rehvid Pluss OÜ, Kesk tee 14a, Jüri, 75305, Harju county, Estonia, +372 52 49 281, info@rehvidpluss.com of your decision to withdraw from the agreement by an unequivocal statement (via e-mail). You may use the added standard form of withdrawal notice. You can also fill in and submit the standard withdrawal form electronically on our website www.rehvidpluss.com. If you use this option, we will immediately send you a confirmation of receiving your withdrawal notice on a durable medium (for example, e-mail).

For the purposes of meeting the withdrawal term, it is sufficient to submit your withdrawal notice before the end of the withdrawal period.

Consequences of withdrawal from the Agreement

If you withdraw from the Agreement, without delay we shall refund you all the payments you made, including transport costs (except for additional costs arising from your choice of delivery, which is different from the normal economy delivery we propose), but no later than 14 days after the day we became aware of your decision to withdraw from the agreement. We will refund you by using the same payment method you used to make the payment, unless you have explicitly agreed to the use of a different payment method; in any case, such repayments will not be accompanied by service fees or other costs for you.

You shall send or give the thing back without delay, but no later than 14 days from the day you notified us of your withdrawal from the Agreement. The withdrawal term is met if you send the object of the Agreement back before the end of the 14 day period to the following address: Kesk tee 14a, Jüri, 75305, Harju county, Estonia.

Direct costs of the return, 18 euros, shall be covered by you, but if you return the purchased goods by your own transportation, you don't cover direct costs related to the return.

The return objects must be accompanied by a return application.

Rehvid Pluss OÜ refuses to refund payments until the Customer has returned all the goods.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to

• Things, which by their nature are previously assembled at the request of the Customer.
• Things that have been used.
• Things that have a spoiled commercial appearance.
• Things that have no package or the package is damaged.
• Things that the right of withdrawal does not apply to and the Customer was previously aware of that.
• Things that are ordered for the Customer according to their particular needs.
